Here there are no underground systems, no large avenues and no overcrowding. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you\u2019re coming to Girona for the first time, you should be aware that:<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>Devesa<\/strong> is our green lung. This park is the largest urban park in Catalonia, and it\u2019s the favourite place for the people of Girona who want to go for a walk or run. It\u2019s a few minutes from our hotel.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022 We have the best restaurants! And we\u2019re not just saying that. In Girona there are restaurants like <strong>El Celler de Can Roca<\/strong>, which has been named the best restaurant in the world on several occasions.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022 We\u2019re a theatre city, with <strong>Temporada Alta<\/strong>, featuring a wide range of prestigious drama productions, and <strong>FITAG<\/strong>, the international amateur theatre festival. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022 If you\u2019re into music, we recommend you to go to the <strong>festivals<\/strong> and concerts that are held throughout the year. The Strenes Festival, the Black Music Festival, the Girona A Capella, the Festivalot and so on. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022 If you\u2019re a lover of sporting events, you can go to Montilivi to watch a football match (<strong>Girona FC<\/strong>) or, if you prefer basketball, the Fontajau sports hall hosts the teams of <strong>Uni Girona<\/strong> and <strong>B\u00e0squet Girona<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022 Finding somewhere to park isn\u2019t always easy. This is why it will be wonderful to be able to park at the hotel and calmly explore the city on foot. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To get around the city you can use the <strong>Girocleta<\/strong>, the public bicycle service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2022 Visiting the city on foot is really easy.
